About the Summit

The World Incubation Summit 2018, is a by-invite-only international conference that brings together an exclusive and selected group of university-linked incubation programs from across the globe. This year’s edition also invites a small group of international corporates seeking opportunities to collaborate with the global business incubation community.

Under the theme “Catalyzing Impactful Collaborations“, the second edition of the World Incubation Summit aims to enable long-lasting connections in the global incubation ecosystem.

Theme: “Catalyzing Impactful Collaborations“

University-linked business incubation programs are an integral part of many countries’ efforts to develop their entrepreneurial ecosystems. Staying competitive in the rapidly evolving incubation industry requires intensive cross-border collaboration among incubation programs, corporations, and innovation agencies.

#WIS18 is designed to catalyze such impactful collaborations. Attendees will engage in educational sessions, workshops, group discussions, networking events, and matchmaking activities designed to find commonalities among incubation programs and the global business community. They will discuss and analyze corporate-incubation program partnership best-practices, sponsorship opportunities, future trends, challenges and opportunities, and make lasting connections with like-mined organizations.
