CEO, SISP - Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, Sweden
Magnus Lundin is the CEO at Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, the member organization for Sweden’s business incubators and science parks. SISP has national coverage and its members hosts around 5000 companies with 72 000 employees. The focus is growth in innovative and knowledge-based companies. SISP‘s 67 members run 70 creative innovation environments, offering business development and incubation support, facilitating open innovation and clusters, managing seed capital funds and more. This is done in close collaboration with industry, public sector, universities and research institutes.
Magnus has 20 years of entrepreneurial experiences, with various roles within business. He has acted as founder, investor, external CEO and chairman of business incubators, start-up companies and a regional venture capital firm. He has been a board member in Board of Directors at international science and technology park association IASP and is today member of the board in Swedish Foreign Trade Association, Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, and a regional bank board of directors.
Magnus comes most recently from a four-year period as CEO for one of Sweden´s larger science/technology park; Västerås Science Park. Magnus holds a degree from Jönköping International Business School.
